kisses & hugs
ahh before she used to give kisses and hugs when she wanted to, if we forced her, she'd stiffen her body and look away. but these past 4 weeks, she's been giving it when we ask her to! soo sweet... i never want these moments to pass :P
she'd sit in front of this big mirror downstairs and kiss herself in the mirror hehhe...
she'd kiss almost all of her soft toys, babies in magazines/books.
food & milk
portion wise, it hasn't really increased. *sigh* but texture wise, she's on rougher meals. I also started giving her rice porridge yesterday. At first she spitted everything back out and stuck her fingers in her mouth to play with the food. But after several attempts, she finished it all. The key was not to give it in a big portion. I still blend some hard vegies (such as carrots), but vegies/fruits that are quite soft, such as pumpkin, steamed apple/pear, bananas, i crushed it with fork since adelle turned 10 or 11 months.
i've also been giving her plain UHT milk. the key here is to give it in her bottle. if she drinks it from the straw, she'll just spit everything back out. i intend to not give UHT milk with flavour as i assume it'd be just as sweet as the formula. i still give Adelle Procal Gold since we still have a huge box full of them!!
she's been drinking pure juice and pure fruit milkshake too using a glass and straw. she luurrveeees it!
i still haven't introduced fish, but it should be soon :) i'm thinking 'bawal' fish and salmon as starter.
i cook her meat with onion, tomatoes and oregano now to give it more flavour.
activities
she's started walking a few days before her first birthday and has been trying ever since. it's damn cute!
she likes sitting on the floor playing with my brushes when i get ready in front of the mirror.
she loves pushing her folded stroller and her walkers around the house and never seemed to get tired from it. *sigh* my back is killing me!!
she loves music so much i'm not kidding.
she now also points at things she wants or when calling someone over.
she can do these when we ask her to :
* kepala pusing (she'd put her hand(s) on the forehead)
* opa's mouth (pouty lips)
* show us where beo is and where the fish are; where specific people are
* tell us if she wants something or not by either nodding or shaking her head or saying yes
* waves bye
* show us where adelle is, she'd pat her chest.
* show us where nose and mouth are
she can do fake cries too sometimes *tepok jidat*

mel kasih bawal mutiara lebih banyak vitamin dll daripada bawal putih...kalo salmon ok buat DHA en lemaknya...eve tuh malah kalo minum UHT musti dari helas langsung glek glek glek, kalo pake sedotan sama deh kasusnya ama adelle. kalo pake botol yang ada dia ngamuk trus tuh botol di lempar sama dia...
gue blm pernah denger bawal mutiara ping. tapi coba gue cari deehhh :) thx for the info.
hahha mesti siap2 nunduk dong kalo ngasi eve uht di botol..takut kena sambitan maut :P
bawal mutiara itu harganya malah lebih murah dari bawal putih loh, kecuali bawal mutiara nya fresh (masih idup gitu), itu sih katanya bawal yang di bawa dari jepang langsung, tinggi akan vitamin apanya deh lupa, rasa sih tetep enakan bawal putih dari utk baby sih di rekomendasikan bawal mutiara sama beberapa orang...coba deh di carrefour suka ada deh kayanya tp yang udah mati, di jkt yang jual bawal mutiara idup cuma bisa dapet di ranch market dan itu gak selalu ada...
