10 months 10 days old - officially a COPYCAT

things that adelle copies everytime :

* when we put our hands on the chest to act surprise, she'll do the same
* when we pout, she'll pout back (she loos hilarious when she does this)
* when we hug and pat adelle's bear, she'll grab the bear and put it right next to her cheek and pat
* when we say point our index finger and say no to her, she'll point her index finger back at us
* when we play peekaboo with a blanket, she'll grab the blanket and peekaboo too
* when we clap, she'll clap
* when we laugh outloud, she'll do an even louder laugh-scream kind

She understands us not allowing her to go to the bathroom - when we say... don't go in there adelle... just play in here, she'll stop crawling, turn around and look at us, and crawl back out. But sometimes we have to call her a couple more times before she changes direction completely.

She likes to go up the stairs now by crawling. We just watch her very closely behind her all the way up. and when she gets up to the 2nd floor, she'll stop and clap to herself hahehehe..

She loves to practice how to stay standing up for a long time. Sometimes she'll get up around 5am just to practice for 20 minutes or so. The longest she can hold herself in standing position is 45 seconds on the bed (yeaa..we timed it hehehe). But when she stands up on the floor we haven't had a chance to time her, it should be much much longer.

She always calls for "Mamma" when she's tired, hungry, wet, bored, wants a cuddle, and just woken up. She'd say "mamam" when she wants her meal. She calls oma "emahh" and opa "epaah". She'd say "Papa" from time to time but not so often.

She laughs and giggles when iie Alice says "adellee...bolobolo..". Never when everyone else says the same thing though.

Another thing that we love watching is when she listens to her singing book, she'll 'dance' by rocking her body up and down.

overall, adelle is such a happy go lucky baby (not that i know what other babies are like), very easy to care for and we can't believe that she's turning 1 in 50 days!
